The Bylaws of the Open Computing Facility will be amended as follows 1. In bylaw 7, a. the word "resignation" and its surrounding commas will be removed, and b. the words "or removal" will be added before the words "took place". 2. Bylaw 17 will be added, which reads, "Any director who is banned from the OCF or has their account disabled due to misuse will be removed from the board and is not eligible for membership on the Board of Directors."
