    • close the lab on nov 8th from 12:30-6PM to accomodate the opstaff social
      • elenore: will double-check that sunday wont work, but availability points tso Sat
    • final budget: $250 for social budget, close lab nov 8th from 12:30-6PM if sunday doesnt work

General Updates:

  • lukepeters and fengyi will be doing ASUC senate presentation in 2 weeks!

    • will share slides, but will not present them at bod
    • emphasizing:
      • CACSSF
      • highlighting changes made to OCF such as page count increase to 30 pages
      • lukepeters: remind them of cool things we host like asuc.org
      • keyboards!
      • working actively with octo

  • distribution of keyboards

    • current count of new keychrons allows us to fill all orders
      • 23 left over
      • once we only have 5 in reserve, will look into purchasing more
    • if old keebs arent all gobbled up by end of sem, donate them...

  • but still managaeble

Design Updates:

  • msonmez: finna rosie and i went thru some airbnbs, we found 3 that we could possibly do

    • bod members can optionally nominate 1 non-bod ocf staff to come
      • bod members automatically invited
    • may take some from misc to subsidize
    • storce: expected price?
      • about ~$100 per person
      • 20-25 ppl expected to come
      • date change to nov 21st-23rd
        • thanksgiving is thursday after retreat
        • big game is nov 22nd
      • last sem, bought airbnb several weeks in advance
      • fully comp gas, comp anyone who struggles to pay for retreat
        • sbwilliams: misc is our buffer, we should be careful. not first and foremost for staff benefit.
      • open to partial subsidy once ficomm has found final price per person
    • msonmez: will send airbnbs in #retreat once its made :)
