  • stapler remover is very delayed
  • invoice sent to jane street, will process it by the end of the month
  • emailed about 8k from rollover, but haven't replied, so followup soon
  • paperclips arrived!

  • hiccups with lab and vms
    • DNS stuff was fixed
    • vms are ipv6, but github does not support ipv6, so can't do anything
      • moved to codeberg (open source)
      • still deciding what to do for future labs
        • will likely just give everyone an ipv4, have an entire /24 free
        • mirror the repo ourselves

design

• will look at the retailer suggested last BoD, see if it is cheaper

rebuild

• elenah:
  • mostly already said
  • kubernetes staging cluster
  • will move things over to our new method, flux over transpire
  • move more things from proxmox to kube
    • proxmox vms keep panicing for no reason, stable for no reason
    • plus other reasons, makes more sense to not have a vm for each service
  • in process of murdering transpire and replacing with flux
  • also, if you have free time and the staff role, do rt tickets! rt.ocf.io
• rschuetz:
  • need wordpress hosting and app hosting for new kube
  • after that, need people on rt tickets to get them to update to new system + help with new issues
  • need to write good docs
  • question: how to test create once it's fixed?
    • ask friends to make an account lol
