• OCF Color Printing for group accs??

  • Trade Deal:
    • You: Give me money
    • Me: Bulk Color printing for ur flyers I guess
  • Lauren said a couple things
    • 1) Creative lab offers something similar, but we could do it for cheaper
      • 60 cents for single color
      • 1.20 for double color
      • SIDENOTE: They also do laminations for a dollar
    • 2) We can open a stripe payment portal that we could have OCFStaff access and people can pay using thier credit cards or ASUC credit cards
  • Haven't run numbers. Not going to profit...Possible bargaining chip for more money; we currently have a lack of funding. Not a long term funding solutions. Baypass type move.
  • Potential automation but we'll stick to manual quota management
  • Still not sure about toner source. Costs 3k to replace toner!
  • Eventual Endgoal: make color printing free for clubs!
    • This might be a good way to show how many students/RSOs would benefit from free color printing
  • Luke: I think this should be a stopgap solution and we need to be clear in intentions.

• Moving NFS to ZFS requires more backup space. Need to buy two HDDs, e.g. 3 * 16 TB for $399 (+ taxes) each: https://www.ebay.com/itm/128021517668
  • Alternatively 3 * 14 for $299 - better cost per TB
  • Voting on blanket allocation of $1500 for HDDs
