storce: last election result is effectively voided, we re-do election today among existing candidates

blakeh: think we could do a special board meeting afterwards to amend constitution?
- jaysa: i think we should do 2 SMs for now
- storce: also it's essentially a title
- ncostello: you can also add an SM next semester
- storce: don't want to set a precedent for bypassing constitution
- lukepeters: also support 2 SMs for now, although not opposed to 3 SMs in future
- rsang: special election today with 3 SM permutations
- blakeh: I think sbwilliams should be one of the SMs
